Jethsel's Start of the Week Habit

A week ago, i started writing about how I feel again and decided to share it my colleagues. There is really something inside me that comes out naturally and inspires or at least awaken other people. Then I thought of old write ups inspired by my mentors, so i decided to send it and post it for them.

I hope this is going to be a start of new beginning, a new and prosperous year for me and for everyone.

Here's the first version.

Success
starts with the right ATTITUDE.

Let me say that again.

Success starts with the right ATTITUDE.

That's the good news. Here's the 'other' news.

A bad ATTITUDE guarantees failure.

How often do you get down on yourself, your confidence drops,
and you become inactive?

How often do your thoughts become negative and you talk
yourself out of things you deserve?

Our thoughts, imagination, and our behaviors determine our
present and our future.

Too often I see people who want to start an internet
business, a real estate business or direct sales and they
fail because they focused on the 'strategies' of that
industry, not THEMSELVES.

All the strategies about how to build a business mean nothing
if your thoughts and self image won't allow you to succeed.

Do you understand that point? It's very important.

I have met a friend that for 6 years he was in a rut of his own. He was trying to change
everything outside himself and he was going nowhere.

What changed him is when he started working 100 TIMES
harder on himself than on anything outside of him.

If you want to change your world, YOU must change yourself
first.

He has taught me one of the of nature's laws and it's always working.

These 4 words, believed and affirmed in your attitude, can
help leapfrog you to success.

Here they are:

IT CAN BE DONE.

Grasp the attitude of 'I CAN and I WILL.'

Develop that fire of energy, that burning DESIRE that runs
through you and moves you to achievement.

Develop the 'IT CAN BE DONE' attitude for today. See what
happens.

You can do it.

Pray it Works

When you have done all you can do and there is nothing else left turn it over to God and open your ears and listen.

200 Pesos

I remember Mike, talking in front of 100 people, a couple of years ago, started off his seminar by holding up a Php200 bill. In the room he asked. "Who would like this Php200 bill?" Hands started going up. Of course, I raised mine. He said, "I am going to give this Php200 bill to one of you" Then crumpled the 200 bill. I was surprised he did that. He then asked. "Who still wants it?" Still the hands were up in the air and again, I raised mine. "Well," he replied, "what if I do this?" He dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his black shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty. "Now, who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air and still, I wanted to get the Php200 bill. "Folks, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease it's value. It was still worth Php200. Many times in our lives, we ...

Be Grateful

Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift. When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile. May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trails to make you strong, enough sorrow to k...
