If You've Ever Felt Like Quitting

Dear Jeth,

I have.

You get down, you're having challenges, and you ask
yourself, "Is this worth it."

There's a part of you that feels like 'throwing in the
towel'.

Calling it a day.

Quitting on your dreams.

I've been there.

It took me 7 years. 7. To see 'the way'.

So, if you're having challenges, if you're frustrated, at
whatever level you're at, I understand.

I do. Big time.

I want to share an excerpt from one of my favorite books,
Think and Grow Rich, by the GREAT Napoleon Hill.

After you read this, I want you to FEEL a renewed -SURGE-
in your mind, body, and soul that YOU can achieve your
goals.

That you can own the house you want, take 2 more vacations
a year, live on a boat for 6 months if you want, my point
being.

Designing and living the LIFE you desire, got it?

From 'Think and Grow Rich' (Chapter 1).

Before success comes in any person's life, they are sure to
meet with much temporary defeat, and, perhaps, some failure.
When defeat overtakes a person the easiest and logical thing
to do is to quit.

That is exactly what the majority of people do.

More than five hundred of the most successful men this
country has ever known told the author their greatest
success came just one step BEYOND the point at which defeat
had overtaken them.

Failure is a trickster with a keen sense of irony and
cunning. It takes great delight in tripping one when success
is almost within reach.

Do you realize that YOU'RE going to accomplish great things
in your life?

Do you realize that?

Start today SEEING in your mind the person you want to
BECOME and the LIFE you want to lead.

Just like when you're about to take a picture with a
camera.

HOLD THAT PICTURE (in your mind).

Take action and MOVE towards it.

You're not going to quit. You're not going to 'throw in the
towel.

You're going to take what you learn, from yourself, the
marketplace, make adjustments and make your move.

YOU can do it. No doubt about that.

Your Coach,

Mike

Pray it Works

When you have done all you can do and there is nothing else left turn it over to God and open your ears and listen.

200 Pesos

I remember Mike, talking in front of 100 people, a couple of years ago, started off his seminar by holding up a Php200 bill. In the room he asked. "Who would like this Php200 bill?" Hands started going up. Of course, I raised mine. He said, "I am going to give this Php200 bill to one of you" Then crumpled the 200 bill. I was surprised he did that. He then asked. "Who still wants it?" Still the hands were up in the air and again, I raised mine. "Well," he replied, "what if I do this?" He dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his black shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty. "Now, who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air and still, I wanted to get the Php200 bill. "Folks, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease it's value. It was still worth Php200. Many times in our lives, we ...

Be Grateful

Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift. When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile. May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trails to make you strong, enough sorrow to k...
