Cebu City  Travel Date: Sept 12 - 13, 2014 No, it wasn't my first time in Cebu. In 2007, I have volunteered to be relocated in Cebu when ePerformax was expanding. I kinda felt that it was a good move for me back then and I really felt that something's up for me in this place.
