Complaint Against Inengs

To whom it may concern:
Inengs has been a regular place for us to eat dinner. Although we knew that
serving time is too long  especially in Katipunan branch (it wasnt that bad
in Wilcon branch), we still manage to keep an extra time to have dinner
there prior to me going to work.
Friday night was absurd though. We went there around 8:20pm (8:10pm was the
time in the parking ticket), we ordered pancit bihon, lumpiang shanghai and
buko pandan. The waiter said, waiting time is 20 minutes.
So we waited, a lot of people were dining in, they have eaten and left. At
9pm, which is 40 minutes after we ordered, no signs of food. My boyrfriend
asked to follow up the order and the manager, Emerson Aquino, asked us to
wait. After 5 minutes, I asked and they said l just need to wait, food is
being prepared. The manager couldn't give me an explanation and how long
would it take for the food to be served (because i think they just started
preparing it) so i asked for a number where I can file a complaint, he
asked me to wait and he will get a paper.
While we were talking, there were still no signs of my order and the
manager did not explain what happened. And because we were pressed with
time, we decided to go the another fastfood.
I really think things could have been handled well and having a manager on
site, i expected efficiency and better customer service. But i did not get
it.
i hope this does not happen again to me or to any other customers of your
restaurant.
Thank you.

Pray it Works

When you have done all you can do and there is nothing else left turn it over to God and open your ears and listen.

200 Pesos

I remember Mike, talking in front of 100 people, a couple of years ago, started off his seminar by holding up a Php200 bill. In the room he asked. "Who would like this Php200 bill?" Hands started going up. Of course, I raised mine. He said, "I am going to give this Php200 bill to one of you" Then crumpled the 200 bill. I was surprised he did that. He then asked. "Who still wants it?" Still the hands were up in the air and again, I raised mine. "Well," he replied, "what if I do this?" He dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his black shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty. "Now, who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air and still, I wanted to get the Php200 bill. "Folks, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease it's value. It was still worth Php200. Many times in our lives, we ...

Be Grateful

Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift. When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile. May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trails to make you strong, enough sorrow to k...
