To whom it may concern: Inengs has been a regular place for us to eat dinner. Although we knew that serving time is too long especially in Katipunan branch (it wasnt that bad in Wilcon branch), we still manage to keep an extra time to have dinner there prior to me going to work. Friday night was absurd though. We went there around 8:20pm (8:10pm was the time in the parking ticket), we ordered pancit bihon, lumpiang shanghai and buko pandan. The waiter said, waiting time is 20 minutes. So we waited, a lot of people were dining in, they have eaten and left. At 9pm, which is 40 minutes after we ordered, no signs of food.
